Danny started getting into music at the ripe old age of 2 years! His Mother says he learned to read from a 45 record collection. There was ALWAYS a wide variety of music going on in the Eyer household: His Mom would listen to AM radio all day (late '60s, early '70s), and his Dad would play Blues, Jazz, Bluegrass/Country records on weekends with his Uncle! He started playing guitar & piano at the age of 5... Danny spent most of the 1980's as musical director for oldies band DANNY AND THE JUNIORS (At The Hop ; Rock and Roll Is Here To Stay). As such, He would frequently play shows with numerous rock and roll acts. This enabled him to travel the world, performing and learning from such R & B / Rock and Roll legends as CHUCK BERRY, WILSON PICKETT, BEN E. KING, BO DIDDLEY, GARY U.S.BONDS, THE COASTERS, THE DRIFTERS, MARTHA REEVES, MARY WELLS, EDDIE KENDRICKS, DAVID RUFFIN, LITTLE ANTHONY, DEL SHANNON, BOBBY LEWIS, THE BOX TOPS, LOU CHRISTIE, and countless others. Dan usually played with these artists, & more, on big shows hosted by emcees like DICK CLARK, WOLFMAN JACK, and BOWSER of Sha Na Na. In the 1990's, Danny played and recorded here with local bands J.Z. and THE TONE BOMBS, HAWKINS ROAD, THE SHAKES, and DANE ANTHONY & THE SONS OF THUNDER. Performing in the New Jersey/ Pennsylvania/Delaware/New York area, He was playing cover and original material, often opening shows for big names like CONFEDERATE RAILROAD, TIM McGRAW, and BROOKS & DUNN. Simultaniously, Dan started his self-titled blues trio, working and recording some original music in the same areas. In the late nineties, the blues trio was invited to play Bluestock- 97 in Memphis at B.B. King's Blues Club on Beale Street,opening for such blues artists as CHRIS THOMAS KING and KENNY WAYNE SHEPPARD.The following years found DANNY opening shows for DUKE ROBILLARD, BUDDY GUY, SUSAN TEDESCHI and JOHNNY WINTER at Trump Marina, ZZ TOP at Trump Taj Mahal, and BB KING at House Of Blues in Atlantic City. Throughout the years, Danny has been lucky enough to be in the recording studio for TV/Radio commercials, Up & Coming Artists, & light engineer/tech work. Dan's ability to play Guitar, Bass, Keys, Drums/Programming as well as lead/background vocals has helped him to be called back for many new & exciting sessions. Danny moved his family down to Nashville for a year (2000-2001) for some new musical experiences. He and his Wife, Raquel, worked for GIBSON GUITARS during the day (Raquel, in the custom shop: Danny, in original acoustic instruments).At night, He would play downtown, mostly country or bluegrass. Performances in a few clubs on the outskirts of town would be more blues and rock oriented. The recording sessions Danny has done there were mainly bluegrass, supplying Bass, Keys, Drums, Conga, & Background Vocals for some fine Nashville singer/songwriters. They've since moved back to their home state of New Jersey,& Danny has recorded 2 rhythm & blues CDs, plus jingles for the Philadelphia 76er's & Phantoms hockey team. DANNY EYER is also currently working & touring with Philadelphia soul and jazz legend BILLY PAUL.

The Screamin Daisys are a two female fronted Rock-Funk and Dance cover band that began as a collaboration between Steve Archibald and Greg Deshong in early 2003. After playing for years with different local acts, Greg and Steve joined forces and put together a band that would separate them from other groups in the market. Solidify the rhythm section on drums and percussion is newest member Oz Christ. Add vocalists Unique and Missy Hernandez and the chemistry was electric. The girls, with their keen sense of harmonies and energetic performances quickly established the band as a force in the tri-state area. Star69 is a classic power trio based out of the Philadelphia area featuring Stephen McKnight on lead vocals/guitar, Leon Karpovich on bass/vocals, and Kevin Soffera on drums/vocals. Three part harmonies, heavy slammin' grooves and a diverse selection of material separate this band from others. Lead vocalist/guitarist Stephen had great success abroad living in Tokyo, Japan for seven years. After producing 15 albums there, and two national record deals on Warner Music and EMI, Stephen returned to the USA. Bassist Leon had done a lengthy stint with Emily's Toybox, a well known PA based band with 7 albums under their belt. Drummer Kevin had done national tours with Seether and Breaking Benjamin, and was looking to form something fresh and different. After the first rehearsal they were convinced they had something unique, exciting, and certainly unrivaled. The idea of a classic power trio sounded great, as some of the most innovative bands such as Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, The Police, Greenday, Blink 182, Rush, King's X, Primus and Cream were all three piece bands. But to pull off a trio successfully, each member must be exceptionally strong. There are no weak links here. Less is truly more. star69 brings a modern take on the three piece band, with a unique and full sound that hits hard and clean.
